Our quirky French Gite is 12 minutes drive from historic Boussac, with a large market every Thursday and plenty of cafes to watch the world go by, and 4 minutes drive to Gouzon with its 18 hole public golf course and fishing lakes, supermarket with service station pharmacy, restaurants and Auberge.

The Gite consists of a spacious open plan sitting area with a cosy log burner (one basket of wood is provided, additional baskets can be requested for 5 euros per basket), TV and DVD player, dining room seating 6,  well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer and dish washer.

Shower room with separate toilet are on the ground floor.

On the first-floor large double bedroom, with low ceiling and middle beam which adds character but please remember to duck! Small sitting area TV and dressing area, separate toilet. A single bed or cot could be added for a younger child or baby if required.

The spacious loft area has 2 small double beds (6x4ft) suitable for children aged 10 and over due to the steep stairs.

​

Outside there is a covered terrace , an enclosed garden with dining area, gas BBQ, and parking.

Secure storage for bikes and top boxes available on request.

Suitable for maximum of 5 people, electric heating throughout, Wi-Fi, one well behaved dog.

We also have a studio apartment next to the Gite, which has a cosy living area with TV and DVD player, a dining area for romantic meals for two, a  fully equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, fridge and microwave.

Outside is a small terrance with an awning for the warmer days.a charcoal BBQ and outdoor furniture.
